Click appointment to schedule a visit with us. *For a map to our offices, click here Eileen Law (Owner) Eileen has owned and managed this CPA firm for the last 15 years. She believes in professional and quality services for her clients. Eileen graduated from Lamar University-Beaumont with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting in May 1987 with honors. She earned her Certified Public Accountant license in 1989. She has at least 22 years of accounting and income tax preparation experience. In 2003, 2005, and 2007 she was the recipient of Best Accountant by Mid County Chronicle, and in 2007, 2008 and 2009 she received the Port Arthur News Reader’s Choice award for Best Accountant.  She has received the National Leadership Award, is a member of Who’s Who in Executive & Professionals, and the Cambridge Who’s Who. She has served on the Board of Directors for Lamar University Alumni and the Nederland Chamber of Commerce. Eileen was also involved with the Garth House and Southeast Texas Food Bank.  Eileen holds Series 7*, Series 63*, and Series 65* securities licenses, a life & health insurance license, and has received her Personal Financial Specialist credentials. She is currently enrolled at Boston University pursuing her CFP® certification and is also working on becoming a Certified Retirement Specialist. *Securities offered through H.D. Amanda Doiron (Investment Representative) Amanda is an Investment Representative with Law Financial Services.  Amanda holds both Series 6+ and Series 63+ securities licenses.  Amanda graduated from Nederland High School in 2003 and graduated from Lamar State College Port Arthur in December 2008 with an Associate’s Degree in Legal Assistance.  Amanda is also a Notary Public.  Amanda has been with our firm since January 2003. +Securities offered through H.D. Mitchell Duchamp (Accountant) Mitchell Duchamp is an Accountant with Eileen H. Law, CPA, P.C. Mitchell graduated from Nederland High School in 2004 and from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance in December 2008. Mitchell is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and is currently working on getting his MBA from Lamar University. Mitchell has been with our firm since September 2009.	Stacey Mitchell (Office Manager) Stacey graduated from Nederland High School in 1991.  Stacey handles our in house payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as other managerial duties.   Stacey has been with our firm since October 2008.
Amber Jardell (Receptionist) Amber graduated from Vinton High School in 2003.  She obtained a Phlebotomist certification from Lamar State College Orange in 2006.  She has over three years of administrative experience.  Amber has been with our firm since December 2009.
